Article 4 – Services and execution terms

SocialFlare is an agency specializing in Instagram growth. Our services consist of strategic and operational support aimed at developing the visibility and audience of your Instagram account. We are not affiliated with Instagram or any other social media platform.

• Onboarding: Service execution begins within 12 hours of order validation, unless a specific timeline is agreed upon with the client. Once the order is validated, no cancellation or modification is possible, as the support work is immediately initiated.

If, within 10 days of the order, no action has been initiated on your account, we commit to fully refunding the order upon request. Before this 10-day period, it is not possible to refund the order, as the service is in progress and cannot be interrupted after validation.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, you can no longer exercise your right of withdrawal after using the services, whether paid or free.

Article 6 – Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee on our services. If, within 30 days of the start of support, the results obtained are significantly below the agreed objectives, we encourage you to contact us at: [email protected]. Our team commits to adjusting the strategy or extending the support to achieve the expected results.
